Forrest Hill Partners invests in start-ups and early stage ventures.  We love ideas and we believe in the people behind those ideas. Our investments are made after we identify the right opportunity and gain comfort in the ability of the people involved to execute their ideas.  

 

INVESTMENT APPROACH

 

As an early stage investor, Forrest Hill Partners looks for SMEs and start-ups that can be optimized with a capital injection and management support.  Initial investments range from $50,000 to $500,000 in the form of equity, debt or a combination of the two.  

 

We believe in businesses that have global potential with high calibre management and clearly defined market opportunities.  With decades of structuring experience, our team seeks to structure investments that are compatible with those of the firm and the principal owners.  These goals are developed prior to any investment and typically involve a two to five year investment horizon.

 

INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIP  

 

We know that the work really starts after we make an investment.  As part of our partnership approach we will invest our time and skills to help build our portfolio businesses.  In addition to providing investment capital, we will also actively collaborate with our portfolio companies through the provision of business, legal and accounting support, as well as access to our network of resources.
